Reframing Execution in Industrial Transformation
Overview
Digital transformation is impeded in industrial firms not generally due to technological constraints, but rather because execution models cannot advance with the pace of change. In this publication, we explore the friction of legacy operating models, breakdowns in coordination, and boundaries created by legacy structures that quietly limit progress, and provide guidance on how to fully unlock the systemic scaling of capabilities enabled by digital systems leveraging orchestrated, adaptive governing frameworks and embedded intelligence.
